In our portfolio we only have some exclusive properties that have a preferential treatment as Single Property and with a high cost in advertising and media.

Single property agency
We only have a few properties for sale in our commercial department, thus avoiding the disintegration of efforts for the sale of housing. The commercial approach is thus different, with a marketing plan focused on your home. We create a website for your home and only focus on your home, with no references to other properties for sale that might distract the visitor. An own internet domain with the street address where the house is located attracts buyers and gets everyone talking about it - great for neighborhood referrals! Exclusive Buyer Agent
We're agents for the buyer. This is the feature that distinguishes us from traditional real estate agencies, whose client par excellence is the seller. We only defend the interests of the buyer and never those of the seller. Real estate agencies have a limited product, what they have in their portfolio at that time. We access 100% of the market product and always negotiate in favor of the buyer. An EBA advises the real estate buyer in his search and choice. Therefore it is absolutely loyal to its client. So that there can be no interest in selling a particular property but that all his talent is dedicated to finding the best real estate opportunity for his client. So a normal agency that says it is exclusive buyer agent in addition to having many properties for sale will always defend the one who pays a small fortune for the sale of his house and show him what he has to sell rather than looking for something that suits the client. He will try to focus on the one he already has for sale and thus charge a fee to both clients. The process for us is simple but arduous at the same time. The buyer specifies the apartment he is looking for, budget, area, qualities and characteristics. The agent visits dozens and discards those that do not meet all the requirements. He then makes a selection of the homes - there may be two or five - that fit like a glove with the buyer's request and draws up legal and technical reports (reviews of electrical installations, laser measurements of surfaces, wiring...) for each property. With this screen, the buyer can visit all of them in one morning. They also take care of the checks with the administrator of the property, land registry, elaboration of contracts, reform or decoration and even the search for a school for the children. The defense at the expense of the buyer leads us to save time and money. We save the client up to 70% of the time invested in the search. And by negotiating on their behalf, we get a discount of between 5% and 20% of the starting price on the purchase or rental. Knowing the real state of the property gives them some advantage to put pressure. These discounts more than cover the fees.
