Property Detail
Current Scenario
"Suddenly, when I saw this house for the first time, it reminded me, saving distance, of the house in Palma that my grandfather had.
I'll tell you about it. The terrace had a barbecue and suddenly I was overcome by the smell of the grill, the little children running around the flat, the grown-ups drinking wine until late at night, the smell of summer night and the incredible views to the Cathedral".
But here we have more than this former experience of the owner!
The house comprises two floors to be updated.
The main one of 153 sqm. and an attic of 71 sqm.
They also have 82 sqm. of terraces in total, between the two floors.
All of them with spectacular views of the sea and the city.
This special property represents a lot of possibilities for outdoor living and recreation.
By means of a process of adjustment and update of which we have ordered a budget in case of its interest we could take care of the delivery key in hand by an absolutely insurmountable price according to the possibilities of an attic in that surroundings, views, and habitability, unique in Palma.

Neighborhood with a great personality
In 1935 the construction of the church of Santa Teresita del Niño Jesús was started, which was inaugurated by Bishop Miralles in 1938. Initially the site, given by Mrs. Eleonor Servera de March, was located around the Churruca Square. Later, Mrs. March's administrators offered to double the capacity of the site if the church was located on Almirante Bonifaz Street. The new land presented a greater difficulty for its construction, but the proposal was accepted due to the fact that it significantly increased its extension. In this way the districts of Santa Catalina and El Terreno, separated by almond fields, were united.
